Details:Measurement Fixtures for Hood ASSY
Hood ASSY Inspection Fixtures we made for a Pakistan customer. It is our first time to cooperate with each other. On the design stage, our designers on-site communicated with our customer. We only take three days review and get the approval for measurement Fixtures manufacturing totally.
The structure of these two measurement Fixtures are very complicated and consist of hundreds of components. Sliding units and blocks are wildly used in the measurement Fixtures. Two guide rails and stoppers make the moving sliding units more stable. There have stronger stopper to stop the sliding units in open direction and fixed pins in checking location.
To make it easier for operator to move this big measurement Fixture, we make both lifting hook and universal wheels for these measurement fixtures. we used welding plates and eight foot cups which will provide strong support for measurement fixture. Operator can easily know the clamping sequence through small indemnification plates stamped beside the clamps.
