2. How long is the vacuum cleaner working time at normal full battery capacity?
It depend on different ground, wood floor, tile, marble ground about 120 -160 minutes, short woollen carpet about 90 -120 minutes.

3. Can the machine work without person care?
Sure, but please remove obstacles like wire, chairs, carpet before using.

4. What part was used in machine to treat obstacles?
With a built-in light sensor, can detect stair, stage higher than 8 cm to prevent falling.

5. Can the machine clean the beneath of the furniture?
The machine can clean the beneath of the table, bed, other furniture which feet higher than 10 cm.

6. Hong long is the battery's life?
Normally the battery capacity will no loss within 1000 times recharge. The capacity will loss after 1000 times recharge but no influence to use.

7. Why the machine don't work as set mode?
7.1 the battery capacity is not enough, will turn to auto recharge.
7.2 when meet obstacles machine will reschedule cleaning route.

8. How big area will be clean under auto cleaning mode?
