Cyclone Bag Filter

The dust gas output rotating in the inside and outside cylinder，then the air flow changes linear motion into circling motion and moving down along the vertebral body to develop external swirling flow. Dusty gases produced centrifugal force in the rotating and the dust is jilted to air wall. Dust particles may lose momentum to fall along the wall under the action of gravity once getting touch with air wall. The outer swirling flow forms an upward internal swirling flow with a spiral upward movement，which function is same as general cyclone dust collector and output from air outlet. Rotating inlet at the bottom is benefit to uniform inlet；a resistance of inner cylinder avoids the high speed air flow damaging the filter bag to extend its life. The cleaning processing is on-line ash removal and the dust which is from filter bag and cyclone will fall into hopper.
