This device is a portable meter. It is capable of measuring coating thickness quickly, precisely and without injury, both for the laboratory and engineering environment. It is currently widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and testing fields; and is essential for material protection major.

Features

Thickness measurement using both Magnetic Method and Eddy Current Method to measure the non-magnetic coating on a magnetic metal substrate, or non-conductive coating on non-magnetic metal substrate.

There are two calibration modes and the basic one can amend the probe system deviation.

It has storage function which can save 495pcs data.

It has delete function,which can delete any single questionable data or cancel all stored data in order to make new measurement.

It can set limitation which will autoalarm if beyond the range and make analysis by column diagram.

It’s connectable with thermal printer, which can print measurement datastatistic value and limitation.

It has the function of communication with a PC, measurement and statistics can be transfer to the PC, so that the data may be for further processing.

Speaker beep while operating.

Have error hint function, through the screen or hum.

Power-off automatically when idle; manually power-off available.
