Description:
This high performance, solvent based, one component100% pure acrylic exterior finish can be applied all day and the lacquer film is rarely affected by weather. It has good dirt, alkali, mildew and chemical resistant characteristics.
Uses:
Applicable to exterior wall of various kinds of architecture such as overpasses, factories, hotels, residential apartments and villas, etc.

Temperature for Application:
No specific requirements, but low temperature will postpone the drying time.
Surface Prepare If there are any marks, wipe away with a mild detergent. If there is fungus, remove with anti-fungus solution. Allow new stucco, plaster and masonry to cure for 30 days before priming to keep the surface dry out thoroughly. Scuff sand glossy surface. Remove all dust with a damp cloth, allow to dry. If the old coat is flaky, remove all unstable paint film, loose chalk, dust and other foreign matter with scraper or high- pressure water. Use a putty knife to apply a thin layer of patching material/filler into the damaged area.
Recommended Painting System:
1 coats of solvent based primer is strongly recommend (M-900, M-999)
1 coat of undercoat (this step is only for texture exterior paint) (M-61, M-71, M-81)
2 coats of Oil Base Acrylic Exterior finish (18680)
Clean up
1. Use assorted thinner for 18680 to clean up the tools
2. Properly dispose of all soiled rags and product unused.
Disposal
Never pour paint down the drain or bury it. Avoid runoff into storm sewers, ditches and waterways. To recycle or properly dispose of paint, consult with your local waste requirements or guidelines, if applicable, to ensure compliance.
