DECORATED IN USA: While our hats are manufactured off shore, they are decorated (embroidered, patches sewn, etc) here in the US - in the Pacific Northwest to be exact. We’re proud to partner with an American company.
ALL HATS SHIP IN A BOX: We now package each of our hats individually in a custom box so they reach you in perfect condition.

Yes,custom designs are always welcome.
2. Can I order sample before bulk order?
Definately yes.Sample can be made for you to check quality before large order,this is what we usually do.
3. Can you send free samples to me?
As rule,we need to charge fee based on custom designs.
Or you can pay deposite for bulk order,we can make free production samples for you to test.
Or we post you free samples avaiable in warehouse to check.
4. How do you control quality?
Our factory has strict QC department who will control the quality in production processes.Also final products pics will be sent for you to approve before delivery.
