Features

SKR wood-plastic extruder production line produces wood-plastic products through specially designed barrels, screws and extruders. The extruder realizes stand-alone or two-stage direct extrusion and secondary extrusion following granulation as well. It saves electricity and space and has a large output and a steady extrusion pressure. The preheating and feeding machine is arranged top of the main equipment to extract most of the residual moisture in wood powder to make the feeding section of the main equipment more replenished and improve the plasticization effect. In screw design, wood fiber that has a small shear force and is difficult to be sheared is used to ensure a longer time of materials in the barrel. The barrel and the screws embedded with an alloy and sprayed with a wear and corrosion resistant alloy to prolong their lives greatly.
