Features

SKR section production line is mainly used for extruding sections such as PVC doors and windows, wide door boards, window boards and single/multiple-hole pipes. For different profiles, sections and molds, the production line use different double-screw extruders and be provided with Auxiliary equipment such as corresponding vacuum shaping tables, tractors, cutting machines, material turning frames, etc.
The main equipment has an extrusion capacity of 120KG/H to 650KG/H. Based on our unique design and technologies, the vacuum shaping table has a function of electric adjustment in four directions (forward, backward, leftward and rightward), small noise, an especially large vortex cooling system, convenient cooling and shaping and steady operation for high-speed extrusion. Thanks to a special transmission technology, the tractor has synchronous and steady operation and a large traction force. With a moving speed synchronous with the speed of the tractor, reasonable design and steady operation, the cutting machine is completely under PLC computer control and can realized fixed-length cutting automatically.
