Features and uses

This product low capacitance, low inductance, excellent shielding performance and anti-interference performance, special high temperature type computer cable fluoride and fluorine plastic imported material such as rubber, can be used in medium and long term - 40-260℃ environment, the product has no secondary superior water, acid and alkali resistant properties, cable structure designed for safety explosion-proof circuit design, not only for bridge laying, and can be used in the directly buried installation of cable laying and special high temperature type in the computer cable in 2000 won the national patent certificate. Suitable for the explosion protection requirements and other harsh environments and distributing system, automatic detection system for transmission line, explosion-proof safety performance is significantly higher than general DCS cable and computer control cable.

1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 300/500KV
2. Maximum working temperature: polyethylene insulation does not exceed 70℃
XLPE insulated 90℃
LSZH polyolefin 70℃
LSZH crosslinked polyolefin two kinds of 90℃ and 125℃
Poly FEP (F46) insulation does not exceed 200℃
Imports of soluble PTFE (PFA) does not exceed 260℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: Fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃
Fluorine Plastic materials and silicone rubber sheath: fixed laying -60℃, non-fixed laying -25℃
4. Cable installation laying temperature should not be less than 0℃ (high temperature not lower than -25℃).
5. Cable bending radius: non-armored cable a minimum of 6 times the cable diameter
Copper tape shield or steel armored cable minimum 12 times the cable diameter
