Features
Main structure of these four sets of checking fixtures is not so complicated. We completed all the job in less than one month.
Datum of these checking fixtures are incorporated with the body. Thus we make surface hardening treatment for bodies. Though material is aluminum, but hardness of the datum in the body is improved.
Reference Ø10 holes set on the base plate will be used for alignment of the fixture when parts are checked by C.M.M measuring machines.
Accurate 3rd party certification reports and inner CMM inspection reports will be offered for every sets of checking fixtures.
