Basair small squaring machine BSM650/4

This small squaring machine is always used at front of glaze line. Sometimes, fired tiles sizes are stable. Take 300*600mm tile as example, fired tile size is commonly between 304-306mm and 604-606mm. But there maybe some tiles whose sizes are bigger, like 308*608mm. It will cause problem at squaring line. If there is small squaring machine before glaze line, then the machine can cut 308*608mm to be 306*606mm. Then squaring line will work fluently. The small squaring machine also can reduce glaze material even it's little.

Centering device and magic eye on squaring machine

Centering device on the machine is to keep every ceramic tile is at the center of convey line before squaring. It has one plate with two nylon wheels on both sides, and connects with cylinder and one magic-eye. Magic eye is at front of centering device. When one tile pass under magic eye, the electric control part will make centering device to push tile on both sides at the same time. If no tile pass under magic eye, the centering device will not act. And if two tiles are together without gap, when they pass under magic eye, the centering device only act once. So, there mush be some distance between each tile.

About main drive motor and gear box reducer

Main drive motor on the small squaring machine is 5.5KW and with reducer and inverter. When start run, its speed accelerate from 0 gradually.

Working width

Working width of the small squaring machine can be adjustable, minimum working width 200mm, and maximum working width 650mm.

There is one hand-wheel. You can turn it to adjust working width of the machine.

Of course we can make big machine whose working width can be 1200mm. We can customize according to customer's requirement.

Dust hopper

There is one dust hopper on both sides of the squaring machine. Need flexible hose to connect the dust hopper and dust collector pipeline. Then dust collector will suction dust during grinding outside and keep working environment clean enough for workers.
