Details:This is second patch of checking fixtures we made for one of South Africa customer . There are three different checking fixtures here. As we had built many checking fixtures for this customer before. We well know their requirements and standard very well. The checking fixture gap is 5mm between part and body. As the checking fixture’s structure is relatively simple, we get the approval for CF design in a very short time. This is also what we have been striving for.

Standard Export Wooden Case
We will add fixing wooden block inside cases to make sure fixture safety in shipping. Desiccant and plastic wrap will be used to keep the checking fixture from moisture in shipping.
