① Q: How many types of ice cube size do you have? What is the freezing time?
A: there are 2 types of ice cube size in our factory: one is 22*22*22 which needs 20 minutes to be frozen well; the other is 29*29*22 which needs 23 minutes to be frozen well. The freezing time will be different because of the weather. In summer it will be longer; while in winter the freezing time will be less

Q: If I do not want the machine working in the night, can I set the machine be off automatically?
A: Sure. Because we adopt the PLC Siemens program system which can realize the machine on & off automatically.
