1200W 88 series motor - XA-8830

  Middle horse power motor for 8830 .

  The 8830 model voltage can be designed from 100 voltages to 240 voltages and so it is suitable for every country in the world .

   For series motor of 88 models, ball bearing for the motor in order to get lower noise and long time life. Option is sintered bearing in order to lower the cost .

  Mostly 88 series model bracket for aluminum or zinc-casting material in order to get lower vibration. Option is steel bracket in order to lower the cost some time .

◪   30mm thickness silicon steel for this model motor with much more horse power, normally we will use commutator of 24P .

◪   Shaft: it is only to save cost if use 45# steel, but for some customer requirement and blender machine and meat grinder, it needs to be change to stainless steel material in order to keep the heath for persons .

◪   Blower fan: it is same blower fan with 8820 as they are same series motor, just different stator thickness .

◪   Strict production requirement on the rotor assembly and stator assembly according to ISO standard checking list. We have drawing and BOM to check at side point .
