Spraying Requirement

Paint-4 cup/mpas 16-18 sec, spray gun(UP) 1.3-1.5mm,spray gun(DOWN) 1.7-1.8mm, air pressure: 3-5,spray 2-3,stand for dry about 5-10 min.

Drying Method And Time

dust-free dry time : 5 min/25℃,polish time: 30～45 min/25℃.

Grinding Process

Use waterproof abrasive paper P600#-P1000#

Notes

Before start, please stir well and filter clean. To ensure the coating effect, please use a matching special thinner(drying time:fast,slow,nor),no thick layer,If you infunde thinner or banana oil 、other liquids,it will cause Poor solubility of primer. The remaining primer shall not be returned to the original paint bucket. Otherwise, the resin will be produced and pigments will layered. It will fall off when you spray and Polished next time, Affect the adhesion between primer and finish、cracking and so on.
