The pin header specifications are as follows: Model/Specification: DIP and SMT.
The pitch is 2.54mm, 2.0mm, 1.27*2.54mm, 1.27mm,0.8mm. That is 2.54mm pin header, 2.0mm pin header, 1.27* 2.54mm pin header, 1.27mm pin header, 0.8mm pin header.
The angle includes: 180° (straight DIP) in-line type, 90° bending type (right angle DIP). Row number (Row): single row Array, double row of pins, three rows of pins, four rows of pins. Single plastic pin, double plastic pin, three plastic pin, multi-plastic pin. DIP in-line type pin header, SMT chip type pin header, horizontal patch type pin header. The pin header can be provided with a positioning post or an outer positioning post. Full Pin has 2~50P, 2~40P, 1~50Pin, 1~40Pin. The product specifications are completing, all are RoHS compliant, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
APPLICATION
Pin header is widely used in electronic,electrical and instrucmentation PCB. This is a common, simple, yet indispensable PCB connector.And it usually be pared with female headers, another kind of PCB connector. The function of the pin headers in the circuit is connecting the blocked circuit, and making the current or signal transfered through.

Package method are very important to ensure product quality. Even thought Win-Win has many great carrier, it also strict with product package. Normally, DIP headers are packed in PEP bag if customers are not too far away from Win-Win factory. This is for better operation while using. But to better protection, Win-Win will pack the headers with plastic tube or plastic box. About the package, it all depends.
Products with small pitch, such as 1.0mm pin header and socket, 2.0mm pin header and socket. This types of headers are easily be bended.That will be better to pack it in plastic box. And products in larger pitch like 2.54mm pin header and 3.96mm pin header are moslty packed with only PEP bags.
However, contact pins of sockets(female header) are not like that of pin headers. They are much soft. So Win-Win always pack them with plastic tube and box.
