5)    What is your MOQ?

--- For our standard product, the MOQ is at least 5 cartons.

6)  Can you do OEM/ODM items?

--- Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service.

7)    What is your Payment term?

---  T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow.

8)    If I never use this kind of product, how can I operate it?

---There is English Manual that show you how to use it. 

9) Do you offer packaging as well as manuals in other languages?

--- Normally we will provide English packaging as well as English manual, if quantity is enough, we can do it.
