Part.1

The span of the event tent is divided into three categories. The small event tent is 6 meters, 8 meters and 10 meters. The high strength aluminium alloy profile is 84x48x3mm. The medium-sized event tent is 15 meters, 20 meters and 25 meters. The aluminium alloy profile is 112x203x4mm. The large event tent is 30 meters, 40 meters and 50 meters. Aluminum alloy profiles are 120 x 250 x 5 mm, 120 x 300 x 6 mm,safe and durable frame design system. The service life is about 20 years. There are no pillars in the middle. The use space is large. It is suitable for all kinds of outdoor event, wedding, party, exhibition, performance, military, industrial warehouse and so on.

Part.2

Some accessories can be added to the interior of the event tent, such as soft walls with windows, ceiling system, tempered glass walls, glass doors, ABS hard walls, transparent walls, floor systems, lamps, tables, chairs, stage, light truss, etc.The wind-resistant speed of the church tent reaches 100KM/H. The installation is convenient and fast. The frame material is light and the surface is beautiful. All the steel component are treated by deep hot-dip galvanizing. Durability concerns rust.

Part.3

The event tent is made of 6061/T6 high-strength aluminium alloy with a hardness of 15HW. Aluminum material is provided strictly in accordance with the standard film thickness (> 10-15 micron), which has high performance. All steel parts of the Rida tent are made of high strength Q345. The thickness of each component is made of thick and heavy plates or pipes according to the design strength. The surface is uniformly galvanized and rust-proof, and the service life is long. Part.4

The side wall pvc of the event tent is 650 grams each square meter, and the roof cover is 850 grams each square meter. All the tents are symbolized by the international fire protection standard. They are waterproof, mildew-proof, ultraviolet-resistant and have a service of more than 10 years. The color of the tarpaulin is mainly white and transparent. The common fixing methods of event tents are as follows: 1. Hard ground is fixed by expansion screw; 2. Grassland and sandy land are fixed by steel nails; 3. Part.6

Before installation the event tent, the engineer prepares the basement needed for the tent, starts the positioning of the base, lays out all the inclined beams and pillar needed to be built, the connection ridge of the roof, and splices them one by one, mainly connecting the inclined beams and pillara by screw. Then connect the pillar to the base. Each group of frames is erected with a forklift truck.

Part.7

When the frame is erected, the roof cover pvc is prepared, and the edge tape of the tent cloth is sealed into the hole of the inclined beam from one end of the span, and the tent pvc is pulled to the other direction by forklift truck. Each unit is 3 meters or 5 meters. Each unit is covered with a tent. After loading all the top pvc, a triangular tent is installed.

After the roof cover of the event tent is fully installed, Start installing the sidewall of the tent.The side wall can be soft wall with PVC tape windows or hard wall with glass wall, ABS board wall, sandwich wall and so on.
