Product design ideas
◪ Commutator: most of DC motor will be 24P commutator in order to get lower current and so can improve the temperature rise for the motor, see below drawings .
◪ Shaft: lower speed DC motor will be slanting gear shaft in order to get power torque for the motor. It can be customized too. Shaft details as below .
◪ Blower fan: in order to lower the motor temperature rise, some time we can install the fan according to customer requirement. Plastic fan can provide lower noise for the motor and provide light weight .
