5-axis 3D Water Jet Head to Cut Metal TK-3D

Teenking is proud of its 3D head on the 5 axis water jet cutting system. So far, it’s the most powerful multifunctional head in China, able to cut at changing angles on both 2D and 3D surfaces. The max tilt degree is up to 90º(+/-). Therefore it’s the most popular 5 axis cutting head in the water jet cutting industry.
Applying absolute value encoder servo motor and robot-type gear box, all its 5 axis are high-level accuracy controlled and it even has an unlimited rotating C-axis, allowing it no need to rollback every time, greatly decrease idle time and abrasion. The shiny stainless steel cover and good quality rubber seals protects the head inside motion system and electric parts from dirt and water splash. Its Dia-line type HP water switch assembly, which available for both abrasive and pure water jet cut with diamond or ruby orifice, offers stable and smooth jet for cutting.
Benefit from all the above, it performs excellently in all applications, like vertical compensating, stone or ceramic parquet cutting, cut with angle up to 65 degrees, cutting on 3D part surface which can made by other 3D software, adapt with Harmonic Drive, presenting the top accuracy of the industry, that is +/-0.05mm. Supported by IGEMS 3D CAD/CAM software from Sweden, Teenking’s 3D head can cut various angles parts easily.
