①    Q: Our machine will be installed in South Africa, can I use air cooling system for the DK50 ice block machine?

A: Compared with the water cooling system, the air cooling system can be easily influenced by the ambient temperature, So does the capacity. Besides, the performance is not as good as the water cooling system. The water inlet temperature and the ambient temperature is high, especially in Summer. So it is hard for the DK50 ice block machine to reach the capacity.

②     Q: If we buy your ice machine, once it is out of service, how to solve the problem?  

A: We have professional after sales team, if your ice machine is out of service, we provide professional service, please contact us by mobile number and email directly, we will solve it soon. For the small issue, we solve it by mobile or email directly, for the problems, we will send our engineer to your site. During warranty, once it is our service and proved by non-personal reason, we will send engineer to your site for free (you should afford the round trip tickets, hotel and food), beyond warranty, we have to charge engineer service cost and parts at market price.

③     Q:What is your power form for the machine? It is very complex to apply the industrial power in my place, and it is expensive, can you design it with single phase power?

A:All the machine with more than 1ton including 1ton daily capacity, it needs 3 phase industrial power. We can do this is single phase while the daily capacity is less than 1ton.

④     Q: In one ice block machine, can I use half ice moulds for 5kg and the rest for 15kg?

A:We don’t suggest to do this. Because they are different ice size and different freezing time.
