The 500w led heatsink is the soldering heat sink or heatpipe heat sink .This heat sink with size Diameter 180mm x Height 250 mm. Aluminum zipper fin parts were maked by stamping, aluminum base plate was maked by CNC machine, and then, cooling module(zipper fin+aluminum plate+heat pipe) were maked by soldering. Finally, the thermal cooling is achieved through fan cooling.
