Product design ideas
◪ As it is much more horse power motor, so in order to lower the current normally we will use commutator of 22P instead of 11P .
◪ Shaft: can do customized design for motor shaft .
◪ Blower fan: as this is much more horse power, so we will usually install bigger diameter steel fan in order to lower the temperature rise .
◪ Strict production requirement on the rotor assembly and stator assembly according to ISO standard checking list .
