Product design ideas
◪ 20mm thickness silicon steel for this model motor, so we can get much more horse power, so in order to lower the current normally we will use commutator of 24P instead of 11P .
◪ Shaft: 45# steel material shaft, but for meat grinder and blender machine and some customer requirement, it can be changed to stainless steel material .
◪ Blower fan: to install bigger diameter steel fan in order to lower the temperature rise as much more horse power .
◪ Strict production requirement on the rotor assembly and stator assembly according to ISO standard checking list .
