All-steel fume hood laboratory fume cupboards

※ Main cabinet body The first-grade galvanized steel plate of Masteel with a thickness of 1.0 mm is used as bare plate, and is cut by full-automatic numerical control laser cutting machine. It is formed by one-time bending with full-automatic numerical control bending machine, and the sprayed surface is automatically sprayed by epoxy resin electrostatic assembly line.

※ Inner Liner \ Deflector  olid core phenolic compact laminate ( 5 mm thick ) has good anti-corrosion and chemical resistance.The fixing part of deflector is made of PP high quality material and is integrally formed.

※ Moving window5 mm high quality toughened glass, door opening height of 700 mm, free lifting, elevator counterweight structure for up-down sliding gear of sliding door, stepless arbitrary stop, and guide device of sliding door is made of corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material.The PP handle  of the sliding door is integrally formed, the plastic package resistant to chemical corrosion is next to the sliding door, and the opening and closing of the sliding door is provided with a rubber buffer device.Above the door is a glass window with a good visual range.

※ Table top domestic solid physical and chemical board ( 12.7 mm thick ) is used for acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and formaldehyde reaches E1 grade standard.

※ Connection partAll internal connection devices are hidden and corrosion resistant.There are no exposed screws.The external connection device is resistant to chemical corrosion.

The lining material is the phenolic compact laminate of 5 mm thick and resistant to acid and alkali and organic solvents, without bare metal or non-corrosion and with fire prevention.

Water route is equipped with imported one-time molding PP glass, which is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant.The single-port L-shaped faucet is made of brass and is installed inside the fume hood.

The circuit control adopts a liquid crystal control panel ( which can be set to adjust the speed freely ) to illuminate the waterproof fluorescent lamp, which is of a quick start type and is installed at the top of the fume hood.The lighting device is provided with a safety glass panel and is sealed with the cabinet body.It is equipped with 10A220 V three-pin multi-function socket.
