Aluminum stamped fin heat sink with heat pipe is an assembly of a base and a aluminum stamped fin stack that are soldered ,brazed or epoxied together. and heat pipe embeds in the stamped fins. These fins are created using a set of individually stamped fins which are folded into shape with interlocking grooves. The surface treatment is nickel plating , which will improve the thermal performance and provide environmental protection.
