◪  Curing oven is composed of oven body, hot air circulating heating system, automatic temperature control, etc.

◪  Process temperature: 200℃--225℃.

◪  Initial heating-up time: 200℃≦50minutes.

◪  Temperature difference of profile section in effective temperature area: ≤+5℃.

◪  Fuel is of combustion hot air circulating, ensuring the uniformity of temperature and quality of coating film.

◪  Temperature censor: four censors to measure the temperature.

◪  The both ends of the baking channel are equipped with waste heat exhausting device, to protect the working environment from the hot air.

◪  At the both ends of the baking channel, a door which can be folded is equipped. The width of the opening can be regulated according to profiles size, and prevent the inside heat from getting out.
