◆ AutoBrin AB-3000Z can display data statistics, hardness conversion, limitation setting, graph, measurement mode setting, etc.
◆ Loading by high accuracy force sensor , and can compensate force loss during loading by micro central processing unit.
◆ Loading control by load cell with accuracy at 0.5‰, microchip can make force compensation automatically lost during loading.
Application
Because of Brinell method apply big loading force and generate big indentation, it is suitable to test hardness of hard alloy, cemented steel, hardened steel, case-hardened steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable casting, soft steel, hardened and tempered steel, annealed steel, ball bearing steels.
