In the four machines, bag block ice is direct evaporator type ice machine while the other three are salt water making ice machines.

The weight of ice is decided by the volume of bags which you bought for making ice,you can order the plastic bags from the bags supplier and do the bags as your own size then the weight of ice will be the same with you need.
