Application scope Suitable to pack granules, powder, liquid by matching to different measuring system.
Such as green beans,sugar,salt,spice powder,potato chips,puffed food, jelly, pet food, snacks, gummy QQ candy, etc.
Machine acceptance Baopack factory controls quality of product for clients both at home and abroad. We do customized service and products, and also preview and take measures to avoid problems in advance.
Step 2 of debugging is using Client’s film to set right data beforehand. If there is no film roll from client, we shall do by running the machine for some time to test its stability and adjust the main packing machine accordingly;
VD32 is baopack premium type updated from small machine E32. As this is one belt for pulling film with servo motor, it is outstanding both at machine outlook and finished products nice looking as well.
Step 3 of testing is putting raw products in machine and test the measuring and whole set running, along the way do the inspection quality paper report till acceptance for shipment.
Small details do matter! We are in strict inspection and debugging before delivery.
Step 4 is to dismantle main parts into parts and clean,lubrication, wrap, fix in plywood case;
Take this match is auger filler with VD32 for example, we shall divide this into 2 parts,
one is auger filler for metering
one is main machine for packing
