Good material diserve good casting techniques. We use precison casting to control the cavity and thickness of our faucets in our standard.
After casting,comes alone with drilling and polishing. High precision drilling cuts off extra material and make the sapce for a valve, which is the heart of a faucet.

Polishing process should make a mirror surface on the faucet, and then multi-electroplating chrome let a mirror polished brass as shine as a real mirror.

Bubbler is an interesting design. It can effectively reduce water splashing by mixing 30% air into water flow and it doesn't need any extra power. When the water flow is filled with air, it becomes very soft and comfortable when washing hands.
And the bubbler is also a filter, keeping water flow clean.
