Excellent insulation performance

Glass reinforced plastic membrane shell. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity is 

generally within the range of 0.15 -- 1.36W (M.K), only about 1/200. Its thermal insulation

 performance is incomparable to metal materials. This feature is of great benefit to the 

reverse osmosis membrane in the membrane shell, and plays a role in which the external

 temperature has little influence on the membrane.

Outstanding corrosion resistance

The combination ratio of glass fiber and epoxy resin has been specially cured to form a 

natural anti-corrosion product. The inner surface is smooth and the coating has good 

stability to the solvent such as acid, alkali, salt and oil with low concentration. So that

The structure design

The barrel body, the head and the grooves of the membrane shell are carefully designed 

and optimized to ensure the safety of the structure and the stability of the structure under 

long-term pressure.

The concentrated water side openings are optimized to meet the necessary safety pressure 

of four side openings in one head and to enhance the variability during installation.

Component reliability

The end plate is an important component of the membrane shell assembly. The end plate

Seal design "V+X" ring is professionally designed with O-type end plate seal ring to 

ensure that it is watertight in low temperature and high temperature range.
