Direction for use:

1).  bite the tray to take impression of teeth which is helpful to make the teeth contact better with whitening gel

2). squeeze thin strip (about 1.5ml) of whitening gel on both upper and lower silicone strips.

2).  put it into your mouth, bite it. A treatment takes 20-30 mins.

3). after the treatment, rinse your mouth and clean the mouthpiece for recycle use.
