BS-U2000 Two-Component Glass Paint

The product is easy to construct, rapid drying, colorful, glossy, strong adhesion, Film fullness hard and strong resistance to dirt. The heavy metal content of the paint is in conformity with the SGS ASTM F963A standard and the ROHS standard.

●  Construction viscosity: 12-14 seconds (Iwata # 2 cup)
●  paint ratio: mix the paint with the curing agent in proportion to the specified proportion
●  Spraying distance: 25-30CM
●  Dilution ratio: BS-U2000 gold varnish: N22K curing agent: BS-U012 thinner = 3: 1: 2 ~ 3
●  Drying conditions: air-dry 24 hours or 60 ℃ baking 60 minutes

●  substrate grease, release agents and other dirt removed before painting  
●  when mixing according to the proportion correctly, and the three agent (paint, curing agent, Ink Thinner).
●  the blended paint is used in 4 hours to avoid the thickening of the quality.
●  Do not use other thinner instead of BS-U thinner.
●  the three unused agents (paint, curing agent, thinner) should be sealed and placed in a cool and ventilated place.
