Auto Mattress Compress and Roll Packing Production Line achieves the really automatic integration. The mattress feeding, compressing and roll packing is totally controlled by computer. The whole machine can be operated without worker.

The production lines composed of three parts:

1. Auto Mattress Compressing Machine, which automatically induct the mattress feeding and then auto compress to weld the four-side of the mattress, instead of the traditional manual bagging to improve efficiency and save labor cost.

2. Auto Mattress Folding and Rotating Machine

3. Mattress Roll Packing Machine(The number of the film's layer and the times of welding are set by computer to ensure firmer).
