5 ton plate ice machine is suitable for shipping port ice plant. The thickness of ice is adjustable. The ice could be as thick as 10 mm, and it will last much longer than flake ice. So it is highly recommended for long distance fish or meat transportation.

● The evaporator of the plate ice machine is made of 304 stainless steel and has a density of 7.93 g/cm3. With high temperature resistance of 800 degrees, it has the characteristics of good processability and high toughness. CBFI uses hydraulic expansion technology and “S” type walkway when processing the ice machine evaporator. With this technology, we can evenly expand the stainless steel plate to make it evenly and tightly combined. The refrigerant can uniformly distribute the first-stage flow in the stainless steel ice maker, so that the water is evenly frozen on the surface of the stainless steel plate, and there is no problem in deicing. After professional experimental tests, the Guangzhou Ice Spring ice machine ice machine can withstand a pressure of 90KG, while the maximum pressure of the ice machine itself is only 16KG to 18KG, which means that the evaporator of the ice machine will not be damaged.
