Inflatable arch from KCCE
For the arch, we have two type:
1.Inflatable arch 2.Air sealed arch, we also call it airtight arch
Inflatable arch - with blower all the time
this one is inflatable arch with blower outside or inside.
and it will have a entrance to inflate the air.
and it needs to use a blower to inflate it all the time
airtight arch - TPU bladder, no need a blower
This is air tight arch,it is no need with a bladder, it has three layer, outside is a fabric, and the middle is PE knitting film,and the inner is TPU bladder.
For the inflatable arch, we also have two different type:
1. one is inflatable arch with blower inside 2.one is Inflatable arch with blower outside
this one is inflatable arch with blower outside.
and it will have a entrance to inflate the air.
but it needs to use a blower to inflate it all the time.
this one is inflatable arch with blower inside.
and the blower is inside of the arch.
it is also need to let the blower with electricity to inflate it all the time.
The materails and accessoried of Inflatable Arch
1.For the inflatable arch, we use 420D dacron, it is just have one layer. and we needs to use a blower to inflate it to let it stand up.
2.For the inflatable arch, in the bottom, it will 2 sandbags to let it keep stabilization. and also it will have some stakes and srtips to let it keep sturdiness

For the airtight arch, you can just inflate it one time, and it can be inflate in several minutes. soit will be more convenient and silence.just the price will be higher than the inflatable arch with a blower.

Printing is a very important step of our inflatable event products.
hot transfer printing is good for complicated images.
80% of KCCE products are printed. like inflatable furniture covers, inflatable tent canopies and walls, inflatable arches, inflatable tubes.
Hot Transfer Printing
Hot transfer printing is suitable for multiple colors and complicated images.
KCCE has 6 printers and 2 transfering matchines.
KCCE daily production ability is 800 meters of printing.

Warning:
1.Keep all frames with fabrics far away from heat sources( working temperature -30℃~40℃) and sharp objects
2.The canopy panel is fire retardant but fire proof. The fabric will burn if continuously contact with any flame sources
3.Please put a soft layer of soft cloth on the bottom of the tent if on the cement floor
4.Please store the tent in a dry place when it’s packed
5.Please do not inflate the tent to the maximum until attach the walls
6.The tent is against wind under 50km/h, please anchor the tent as soon as it is set up to avoid any accidence
7.Please check the printing, zippers and TPU bladders, fabric as soon as the tent arrived
8.Please operate the tent according to the guidance
Warranty:
1 year warranty
Marks: Most parts of the tent are removable, when some one part is broken in warranty, we just change one part, not a complete set
Free conditions for the warranty:
1.TPU air leaking when first time use, under the condition all the valves are changed
2.TPU air leaking in 6 months under the condition of proper operation
(such as suitable working temperature,accurate anchoring, no man-made damage)
3.Fabric broken in 1 year under the condition of proper operation
( such as suitable working environment, accurate anchoring, no man-made damage)
