it can be classified into two types. one is removable and adjustable slitting knife. there are scales in the central shaft and also some removable blades according to the requirements. the cutting width is controlled by the scales in the central shaft. different products are produced with different blades with easy adjustment. it is the primary choice for the productions which requests to adjust the width frequently. the minimum cutting width can be reached to 8mm. another one is the gasket slitting knife. the slitting width is controlled by the different width of gaskets which are put in the two slitting knives. the minimum processing gap can be reached to 1mm, it is the primary choice for the products with fixed dimension.
