CKE 6150i is a CNC horizontal lathe with controls on both Z & X axis. Tons of shaft-type and disc-type workpiece machining can be achieved, such as OD, conical surface, arc surface, end surface, grooving, chamfering, in addition to metric straight thread, end thread, imperial straight thread and conical thread. Fanuc, Siemens, GSK system can be applied to CKE 6150i. It is suitable for multiple-type complicated workpiece, small and medium production.

Main structure features

High rigidity structure design

Manual aging treatment for better rigidity and vibration absorption.

Head stock

AC servomotor with high-efficiency V-shape belt connecting spindle to avoid noise made by chain in the gear box.

Accurate & rapid vertical and horizontal drive

Servo motor, accurate ballscrew and bearing are used on the vertical and horizontal drive with semi close-up control system. High-frequency hardened guideways provide quick reaction, high accuracy, long life span.
