This series of products are widely used in electronics industry, biological engineering, food and drink, instrumentation, precision machinery, pharmaceutical manufacture of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), medical, aerospace, where there is strict requirements of temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.
1. The standard unit is divided into constant temperature and humidity type, cooling type, heat pump type and summer fresh air type. There are heat pump heating, electric heating, steam heating and hot water heating for option. Humidification mode can be selected electrode type humidification or steam humidification, etc..
2. Temperature, humidity and cleanliness can be adjusted, with additional disinfection functions.
3. Standard air filtration efficiency is F8 (Colorimetric method 90-95%, particle sizing and counting method 1um, 95%), while F9 and H10 are optional.
4. The unit’s static pressure is divided into high and low stages, which can provide 100-1000Pa static pressure, enough to overcome the resistance of duct and high efficiency filter at terminal. No need to consider the pressurizing tank.
5. The unit adopts high performance scroll compressor, centrifugal fan with low noise and high efficiency. The parts of main refrigeration system are from famous brand, which are stable.
6. Unit is equipped with multiple safety protection, such as high and low pressure, compressor over-current and overload, etc., to ensure the safety and reliability of the unit.
7. Adopt programmable logic controller (PLC) and with Chinese display with backlight, protect the unit thermostatic and humidity accuracy, filtering effect, reliable operation, auto control of failure protection.
