This Optical parts machined from aluminum. Process: Casting first, then cnc machining and surface treatment. Application: Signal + power interface function. It’s from the project of visible and near-infrared imaging system. We use different production process to optimize the cost and production. Prototype sample and trial production use the material AL6082-T6, 100% CNC milling and turning process. The batch production: adopt low cost rought casting and cnc milling and SurTec 650, hard anodizing.
