Quality Inspection And Clean goods before packing

All goods will be placed on our checkout console after it is ready,we will have strict quality inspector to check whether quality is passed ,they will confirm from different aspect,like leather surface ,density sponge,lines ,length,width,height etc,check one pcs by pcs and then use sofa cleaner to clean sofas ,will move to next department after confirm all point is passed 

Packing Goods Carefully afer Cleaning Sofas

Goods will be move to Packing area after finish inspection,our worker will firstly use pearl cotton to start packing way, secondly put thin sponge on one side and packing cartons to pack whole sofa pcs,our packing is different than other factory ,we will put angle corner cartons to protect each corner side,finlly we will use white weaving bag and hemp rope to finish packing sofas
