Main Technology
Cutting
For high class metal hinges, we will use precision laser cutting machine. The products won't have burrs and mechanical deformation. The cutting quality is the best.
For normal metal hinges, we will use CNC stamping machine or CNC shearing machine. The products will have some burrs, the quality is not same as laser cutting machine.
Bending
We use precise CNC bending machine to ensure that the angles are same as drawings, the product is seamless and straight when installing, and the holes position are correct.
Welding
Cold rolled steel material: Carbon dioxide welding, using 0.8-1.2mm copper plated wire. In the use of carbon dioxide welding to maintain the current to be large, slightly slow welding can achieve the desired thickness and width.
Stainless steel material: DC argon arc welding with 0.8-1.2mm stainless steel wire.
Welding remarks: The melting degree is up to 100% (steel current 35-50v, iron current 40-50v), and the welding diameter is required to be 5mmx5mm (reaching the acceptance standard of large projects).
Grinding
The welding fusion is smooth, so no need to grind.

Using CNC lathing technology to customize. It is a high strength hinges, anti-loose design, the door by extrusion will not affect the normal open. And peripheral grinding smooth, free movement.
Dimensions: holes of different sizes can be customized according to drawings and requirements.
Hole dimensions: different hole size can be customized according to your requirements and drawings.
Hole type: circle hole (same as picture), sqaure hole or oval hole.
Countersunk head: make the bolt head embedded in the parts, no excess parts, does not affect the appearance. At the same time, avoid the protrusion interference of the bolt head and ensure the flatness of the installation plane.

About Packaging
1) Plastic bag: PO, PE, PVC, Shrinkfilm, LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc. We mainly use PO and PE bags.
2) Foam: common thickness is 30mm, you can also choose 10mm, 20mm or above 30mm according to the needs, the recommended thickness is not more than 50mm.
3) Corrugated carton: Commonly it has three, five and seven layers. Generally, 5 layers are recommended for custom sheet metal fabrication products, and 7 layers are recommended for large and heavy custom sheet metal products.
