Description
In order to meet customers' requirements, Sibai Precision provides Silica sol precision lost wax casting parts. In fact, we have over 10 years experience on lost wax casting.
Sibai company doesn't make investment casting itself. We are not a foundry. But we make lost wax casting from our local foundry partners. Then we make the CNC machinings. During the period, we do the QC service for our customers.
So our advantages are the profession and service on lost wax casting, and our own facilities on CNC machining. Based on these, we can provide customers qualified casted parts, with competitive prices.
For a new project, the delivery from mould making till finished mass production parts, is a long period, generally in 2 months or even longer.
As we know, the lost casting is a series of complicated predures. From wax moulds, wax casting, wax pattern tree, slurry shell, melted metal casting, shell breaking to finished casting blocks, it takes at least 2-3 weeks.
