Main Technology
1. Laser Cutting:
Using laser cutting machine, the workpiece won't have burrs and mechanical deformation. The cutting quality is the best.
2. Bending
Using precision CNC bending machine to make sure that each angle is correct, the workpiece is seamless and straight when assembly, and the position of holes are consistent.
3. Welding
For stainless steel welding, we use stainless steel wire as the filer.
For outdoor stainless steel distribution box, we use TIG arc welding.
For indoor stainless steel distribution box, we use MIG or MAG welding.
4. Grinding
The flat surface must be flat enough, the right angle must be 90 degree. There is no shadow, holes or gaps after grinding.
5. Surface Treatment
For stainless steel, mirror face, brushed face, sandblasted face or 2B face can be selected. 2B and mirror face are more conducive to draining water for metal electrical cabinet.
Product Details
The distribution box has eaves structure, using thicker stainless steel material. There is a convex bending edge inside the eaves to prevent the rainwater infiltration .
The size and quantity of the vents can be customized according to your actual needs.
For outdoor metal distribution box, it's better to use rain cap vents to prevent water infiltration.
For indoor metal distribution box, it's better to use rectangular vents without rain cap to cool more quickly.
For 0.7mm - 1.0mm thickness stainless steel, we suggest to use 80 x 15 mm vents and you can choose 3 - 10 rows of vents.
For outdoor distribution box, the standard of the bottom is same the picture. Meanwhile, we can weld a bracket or add height adjustable feet under the bottom to prevent water infiltration.
For indoor distribution box, the bottom can be standard style, wall-mounted style (small and light cabinet) ,
or with brake wheels style (big and heavy cabinet).
1) Output Holes:
The standard diameter of the output hole is 28mm, the hole diameter and quantity can be customized according to your device.
2) Door Lock:
We equip each waterproof distribution box with a good quality lock, whcih uses a high-class lock cylinder to reinforce the service life of the door lock, and the structure of the lock parts are tight and not easy to fall off.
3) Door Hinges
High-strength anti-loose hinges that do not affect normal opening and closing even if the door is squeezed.
The Size Is Fixed. How to Match Different Devices?
The shelves in most of the metal electrical boxes and electrical cabinets are fixed. Solve your problems by making the adjustable shelves or disassembled shelves.
You can adjust the height of the inner shelves of the waterproof electrical box or electrical cabinet according to the size of the installed devices, improve the performance of the metal electrical cabinet, and one electrical box or electrical cabinet for multiple purpose.
Packaging
The packaging method of the stainless steel electrical box or electrical cabinet:
1) Packaging material: whtie foam, plastic bag and export KAA carton which can protect the products from damaging.
2) One electrical box is packed in one carton, the carton can be printed with buyers' own information.
3) Each packaging will be tested for collision to assure it is strong enough and won't have problem during the transportation. In this way, we can ensure customer can receive the perfect stainless steel electrical box.
