Custom Stainless Big Parts, Tube and Cover

Sibai Precision is skilled in machining big stainless steel tube and covers. They are typical CNC turning items. The material we must pass the test of Material Analyser, to have the same property. So our materials are enough to meet the requirements.
Stainless steel has big cutting force and high cutting temperature. So stainless steel is hard to cut. Our engineer team has over 10 years experience in CNC machining. We have many solutions to solve it. For complicated designed parts, our engineers redesign the drawings into several different processing steps. During production, each processing step we machine and inspect according to the our single step drawing. Every dimension and tolerance are under control.
This tube and cover shown in the pictures are used together. The tolerance for their inner diameter and out diameter we must control well, so that they can be mounted tightly.
They are big parts. The material is from German 1.4571. The tube we produce from tube material. The outer diameter has been grinded. We do the deburr carefully. We inspect them by our 2.5D Projector and other tools. We make inspection reports before delivery.
We must pack the big and heavy parts well, to avoid any damage and collision during shipping and transportation. We wrapped each tube with wrap paper, and cover each with mesh bag. Then we put them into wooden case (not really wooden). Between each piece, we put foam to avoid conflicts.
