DN-3A Automatic Pocket Spring Assembling Machine
This machine is mainly used for assembling pocket-spring rows, upper and lower non-woven fabric to pocket-spring unit and cut off automatically.
Technical Features:
1、Controlled with PLC, high-automatic and stable performance.
2、Suitable to assemble barrel or cylindrical pocket springs; parallel or offset assembly according to different requirements.
3、Continuous or intermittant glue-extruding mode as per different requirement;save up the glue cost when adopting intermittant mode.
4、Assembling with or without upper and lower non-woven cover is optional.
5、Equipped with moderm for the convenience of remote control, supervision, program modification and update.
