DNS is the single or double acting piston rotary seal consists of a filled PTFE groove friction ring and a pre-tensioned rubber O-ring. It is usually used with a guide ring. Double-acting piston seal for pivoting motions in hydraulic systems; for standardised housing according to ISO 7425/1; preferably for usage in hydraulic joints and rotary joints. Rotary hydraulic transmission exists in industries such as engineering machinery, construction machinery and mobile devices. It seals the rod, shaft, pin, rotary distributors, hydraulic motors and rotary joints which make rotating or swinging motion. Double acting rotary seal, can undergo pressure from both sides or alternating pressure. Installed in grooves of ISO 7425 standard. Single acting structure of higher rotating speed.
DSH Seals’ DNS, the "rotary seal" provides a reliable and durable radial seal. These radial seals have a very low coefficient of friction to ensure a long-term optimum seal.
In addition, a "rotary seal" with a high withstand voltage (about 30 MPa) can withstand a sharp rise in temperature and is completely unaffected by the stick-slip effect.
