❈ The difference between BV and BVR

(1) From the production process, BV is single-core, BVR is multi-core, BVR is more complicated than BV in production.

(2) From the price point of view, BV and BVR are more expensive than BV because they are only in the process. According to the International Electrotechnical Commission, the range of BVR is from 2.5 mm to 70 mm. However, according to the actual needs of China, it is the same as BV.

(3) In terms of performance, BV is basically the same as BVR, and BVR is slightly heavier in weight; Similarly, BVR wires are also classified into flame-retardant wires (ZR-BVR), fire-resistant wires (NH-BVR), and low-smoke halogen-free wires (WDZ-RYJ) depending on the material selected. The user is flexible according to the occasion of use. Among them, the low-smoke no (low) halogen wire generates a very small amount of smoke in the case of flame combustion, and the released gas does not contain halogen (low halogen) elements, and is non-toxic (low toxicity).
