2.    The special stainless steel clip is adopted and the clip will not contact the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzle is in the clip can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.

3.    The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine make the filling quickly, steady and accurate.

4.    Magnetic torque is used for screw capping. And the power of screw capping can be adjusted freely. Capping is reliable and will not harm the caps.

5.    Advanced technologies,  human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this machine.

6.    All parts that contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies. Such as Mitsubishi, Omron etc.

4,another way is that we can send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your engineers, we think it is the best way to help you operate and maintain the machines. We have been doing the install jobs for our overseas customers for many years. In this way you need to pay for the travel costs for our engineers, because our initial quotes don’t include the travel costs.
5, All of the electrical parts in our machines are CE or TUV approved. We can offer you UL or CUL/CSA approved parts if you need for the North American markets. The good electrical parts are the guarantee for the good quality for our machines.
